Alexandra has over 15 years of experience in management, marketing, strategy development and implementation, sales and customer relationship management. During the course of her career she held various positions such as PR executive, sales and marketing manager, GM, consultant, trainer and teacher. Every step helped her gain valuable experience in different and complex situations. All these environments put together helped her develop her flexibility as well as the ability to understand people with different professional backgrounds.

In order to work with others you must first develop yourself. That is why Alexandra frequently takes part in international trainings on leadership, communication and HR management. As of 2004 she is a certified trainer in experiential learning.

Her passion for the psychology of communication and inter human relations was skillfully applied in studies regarding transactional analysis, and as of 2006 Alexandra is a certified trainer in Process Communication Model® - a personalized communication and relationship model created by Taibi Kahler Phd. for NASA and afterward extended towards the business environment. Nowadays Alexandra works as a trainer and consultant in communication, leadership, team development and management.
