Bogdan is one of the team members who rapidly gained the reputation of an excellent working partner in designing organizational development processes. His previous leadership experience gives him the ability to perfectly understand the needs and expectations of the younger generation, massively present in the Romanian business environment. It is a valuable insight since the competence and loyalty of this generation greatly influences the success of most Romanian companies.

He has an essential role with Human Invest, coordinating the Spencer Johnson & Partners programs in Romania and managing a series of projects for several of our clients.

As a trainer, a passion he turned into profession, he successfully mixes a laid-back attitude with appropriate language, serving the right cocktail to each audience. He is currently involved in programs for cultural consolidation, management abilities developoment, and personal and team productivity for companies like Holcim Romania, TNT Romania, ITC Networks, Elite Romania, Timken Romania and Distrigaz Sud.

He spends his free time in dynamic activities with his friends. He is involved in volunteering projects aiming to improvethe Romanian educational system, or simply relaxing in locations with unconventional music and atmosphere, fit for his laid-back spirit.
