Bogdan has over 9 years of experience in training. His skills were built and sharpened while developing and delivering training programs for students, helping them develop communication and interpersonal skills. At the same time he started collaborating with different corporations for events regarding team development. Bogdan considers that every individual can become better at what he does and each and every one of us has undiscovered potential. This potential can be accessed by encouraging participants to explore the space that is outside their comfort zone, to bypass their personal limitations in order to achieve better performances both professionally and personally.

What started out as a passion, as time went by, transformed into a career, working and collaborating alongside some of the best professionals on the market. He was involved in projects for corporations with various fields of activity such as auto, banking, pharma, oil, tourism and FMCG. In 2006 he started Cube Training, a company focused on helping teams develop through unique experiential activities.

In his free time Bogdan doesn’t miss a single opportunity to discover new places and people with his friends through their travels in Romania as well as overseas. In the summer you will definitely find him on the beach in search of the perfect wind for a kite boarding session. If it’s autumn or spring he’ll be racing down a hill on a moutainboard or, come winter, snowboard.
