Ciprian entered the field of training and business consulting after several years of experience in the high tech field, as a specialist engineer on the Cernavoda Nuclear Plant, further enriched and diversified by several management positions both in Romania and abroad for Philip Morris.

He was part of the Philip Morris team since it first started doing business in Romania, having a significant contribution to creating, developing and consolidating the merchandising and distribution system as well as implementing market strategies. He gained his experience both through the different sort of projects he was responsible for as well as the 13 years he spent in different management positions: Key Accounts Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, National Sales Manager. For over two years he held the position of Area Manager, coordinating the activities of local organizations in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo. Among other responsibilities Ciprian also helped train managers of Philip Morris International, in areas such as: strategic thinking, situational analysis and decision making, strategic client management, distribution models.
