Emi’s background is linked strongly with the world of academic debate. Therefore, his greatest contribution to the success of our programs has to do with the ability to add substance to courses that include efficient communication, persuasion, public speaking or even conflict management.

Thanks to his long-term practice in debating, Emi became a relaxed and flexible trainer, who manages to think and react “on his feet”. Currently, Emi is involved in team development and efficient communication programs for clients like: Nokia, Metro Group International, Bancpost, Siveco and Holcim Romania.

In addition, Emi has an active participation in improving the Romanian educational system. Over 4 years of experience in the educational environment as a project manager (with the Educativa group) made him a reliable resource whenever Human Invest programs include collaborations with key educational representatives.

In his free time, Emi can be easily found on the snowboard, if there’s snow or on his motor bike if the weather is good. If not, it’s likely you’ll find him working with the Bucharest debating clubs students, building the next generation of “elite communicators”.
