George started his first collaborations in 1994 and had the chance to come into contact with a variety of organizations. From NGOs (The Soros Foundation, FDSC, Estuar) to business ventures. From the large and very large (BRD, ProTV) to smaller ones (HRD, where he was also an associate). Afterwards he worked for six years in multinational corporations: Andersen and Ernst&Young. Most of this time was spent in HR related positions.

Starting with July 2006 George is a freelancer and found what he wanted to do: coaching. Solution Focused coaching. Since February 2008 we is working alongside Peter Szabo from Basel, Switzerland. The solutions he offers clients are both individual and team-oriented. He graduated the Romanian-Canadian MBA in 2000 and in 1995 he got a degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest. He also took part in various trainings held abroad.

What George understood - after many experiences - is that personal development is not influenced by nationality, age or type of education. Development is connected with what's inside a person, something only they can define and choose. George believes it is his calling to develop himself in order to help others develop either personally or professionally. Both aspects are however and integral part of our life.
