Ileana Amaximoaie has 9 years' experience in the fields of training and human resources and organizational development consultancy. Ileana was part of the business consulting teams of some top consulting companies such as KPMG, Arthur Andersen and Gemini Consult, where she consolidated her expertise in the fields of management and human resources. She was involved in both consulting and training programs in these fields as well as in organizational development and audit programs.

Ileana also acted as Training & Development Manager within the Human Resources department of Orange Romania. Having this role, Ileana was responsible for the training and development strategy and policy, developing and implementing knowledge management systems and keeping in touch with Orange partners on professional orientation and career development issues.

Ileana is also an accredited consultant of Human Synergistics International and Harisson Assesments.
