The greatest part of Iulian’s efforts focuses on developing a passion discovered during college: training. Before joining the Human Invest team, he was the manager of the national AIESEC trainer team, an international youth organization that our company supports.

His area of expertise includes time management, communication as well as building and developing teams and continues to expand. Always preoccupied with his personal development, Iulian is currently implementing such programs for companies like: Banc Post, MGI, Nokia, PWC and Holcim. Although his main focus is training, Iulian is also involved in sales as well as developing some of our current programs.

During business meetings with potential clients, Iulian show a lot of enthusiasm in building development programs for both management teams and their employees. Last but not least he makes sure that Human Invest is present and involved in the student environment, actively contributing towards developing young people from different organizations.

In his free time, Iulian continues to support the youth organization which he was part of through his volunteer work. He travels a lot due to his desire to see the world from all the angles and experience as many of its cultures as possible. The photo camera is always present in his luggage and on the lookout to increase his travel photo collection.
