Rares has over 12 years of training experience and for the last 2 years he has also been actively involved in coaching. During his training sessions he is focused on helping participants discover how they can create a working environment where valuable individuals, no matter their status in the company, can increase their performance, initiative and responsibility.

He is a fervent advocate of the role played by managers’ leadership styles in influencing employee performance. His lessons represent clear and eloquent examples for all participants. At the same time he also fulfils the role of Business Line Manager for all Blanchard International programs in Romania in addition to being a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is in charge of overseeing and implementing projects for companies such as: Vodafone, Eximbank, Petrom, Orange, Oracle, Interamerican, Libra Bank, GlaxoSmithKline, Top Brands Distribution.

In 2008, Rares was chosen by more than 400 HR managers in Romania as Trainer of The Year for 2007, at the Business-Edu Awards gala.

When not at work, Rares always finds new opportunities for discovering the cultural diversity of other countries and understanding their people. Besides martial arts, practiced since 1989, he enjoys extreme sports and does not miss any opportunity to experiment them.
