As Partner in Human Invest, Richard Reese has close contact with key clients of our company, who have developed with time into real friendships. Besides managing the company Richard holds several trainings in Europe and the Middle East, through Blanchard’s international network.

For over 10 years he has brought a successful contribution to increasing the performance of individuals and organizations, using his personal examples and experiences in Romania. Richard was successfully involved in different projects related to cultural integration that followed merges and acquisitions at local, regional or international level. One of his top successes was shifting the culture from a boss-oriented culture to a client-oriented culture within the national network of maintenance and repairs of a major regional household appliances manufacturer.

He is currently running and implementing organizational development programs for OMV, PricewaterhouseCoopers and other top companies. He is also involved in a major international program for one of the global leaders in the telecom industry, a program for which Richard has been traveling extensively to London, Moscow, Dusseldorf, Kiev and Dubai. He also supportes other clients that ask for his advice at regional level in Bulgaria and Serbia.

His leisure activities are mainly related to his favorite sport, mountain- biking, with friends or within official competitions. Reading and cooking bring flavors from all corners of the world into his home.
