Her main role is to lead and develop the project management team.

Sanda's previous experience and her proven abilities as Team Assistant for Human Invest were the starting point towards her current role.

As Project Team Leader, Sanda is the manager of our project management team. Her key responsibility is to ensure and maintain the highest level of quality in all the logistical aspects of our projects. Her direct responsibilities include: supervising the preparation of projects, establishing team objectives, creating and implementing optimal work procedures.

She is also project manager for a few of our current accounts such as: Wienerberger - brick systems, Ductil and Rompetrol.

Her perseverance when it comes to finding the best solutions concerning the quality of materials and relations with clients and trainers is by far, her most explicit trait. She likes to be in constant contact with people and appreciates the diversity offered by her job.

In her free time, Sanda relaxes by watching movies or going out for coffee with her friends. For fun as well as great physical condition she occasionally plays table tennis.
