Whom do we recommend such studies to?
As early as 2004, Human Invest was invited to support the efforts made by the top management of several companies to get to know in a more pragmatic manner the companies they were running.
Situations were quite diverse: an organization was about to be acquired and they wanted to get to know it better, or a new management team had been appointed to increase the performance of an existing company.
