Teams
In a world moving so fast the interaction among the members of a group is often limited to conventional conversation; the consequence is that it increases the distance separating individuals working in the same or in different departments. “It’s my territory that counts, as for the rest, I don’t care” – this kind of attitude is more and more present, although organizations make tremendous efforts to develop cooperation within a team or between working groups.

The programs we have implemented during the last five years, as well as the well-known tools that we use aim at developing the attitude and habits transforming a group's dynamics into an efficient working process. We teach individuals the behaviours leading the group to objectives that increase the quality of work, bring closer its members and spread energy among individuals.

These programs perfectly fit the following goals:

To reduce inter-department competition and to promote collaboration and cooperation around common values and objectives;
To launch change or organizational development programs, with a view to increasing individuals' attachment to the new directions;
To rapidly get to know the members of a core team, with a view to speeding up the project implementation pace;
To acquire the needed abilities for efficiently making group decisions, which should be better than if made separately by that group's members;
To increase cohesion within a management team, during a strategic planning process;
To improve the satisfaction of working group members, after a period of time that brought dissatisfactions among employees, subsequent to a decrease in the quality of the working relationships;
To receive a great number of new members within a department, subsequent to a rapid increase in operations;
To reward a group for the exceptional results they obtained and for encouraging the behaviour that led to these results;
To provide a newly appointed manager with the opportunity to rapidly get to know his/her subordinates and the working style of the group he/she manages;
To supplement the schedule of an internal conference so as to convey strategic messages during some amusing activities;
