Leadership Action Profile® (LAP)
Used in the Situational Leadership® II program, this assessment tool provides participants with feedback about the ways to use day-by-day the “directive” or “encouraging” styles described in the model. At the same time, it identifies the frequency with which managers use the adequate leadership behaviours in individual conversations with their subordinates.
Moreover, considering the satisfaction of the subordinates, participants understand how to appropriately emphasize their personal leadership. Used before the program, the tool helps identify the development level of the leadership competencies, and used after the program, it helps measure the effects obtained subsequent to participation in the course. The analysis is the 360 feedback type and uses a self-assessment questionnaire and seven other questionnaires for subordinates. Every participant receives a Profile (a feedback report).

Leaders Behavior Analysis® II (LBA)
Used in the Situational Leadership® II program, this questionnaire is filled in by participants before the course. They will analyze different situations in which they can use leadership styles and will have to choose from different answers. During the course the participants will be helped by the trainer to assess the “homework” and will receive a score. Comparing this score to the one obtained for a similar test, after the completion of the program, participants shall be able to clearly measure the progress made during the program and aspects to be improved.
