This session provides participants with the opportunity to understand how to develop productive habits, which help them choose their priorities better, and subsequently stick to them;

Learning practically how to make the difference between "important" and "urgent" rises greatly the chances for people to invest their time in activities with added value;

Participants learn how to "gain time", by making full use of their abilities to anticipate and take initiatives, by better negotiating deadlines, better preparing their meetings, with the objective to control the surrounding environment and not let themselves be controlled by it;

Every participant will identify the abilities he/she needs to work on, together with the system they need to build in order to gain more time;

They will learn how to use planning tools for a better personal organization and to have results in all their important roles;

The video sequences used during the program show Harold Taylor, an international expert in time management, in a very amusing presentation, underlining in a very theatrical and ironic way the most frequent traps we fall in, and thus waste time in our everyday business life, which we subsequently regret.
